The PBL Education Foundation is pleased to announce the addition of three community members to its board: Kennedy Glazik, Kandace Hofer and Dylan Reetz. Kennedy and Kandace will serve 2-year terms, while Dylan will serve a 3-year term.
“We are thrilled to welcome Dylan, Kennedy, and Kandace to our board,” said Robin Niewold, PBL Education Foundation Chairman. “Their diverse backgrounds, community commitment, and passion for education will be valuable assets as we continue our work to support PBL students.”
Dylan Reetz is the owner and operator of EDGE Insurance of Buckley, where he specializes in crop, farm, personal, and business insurance. He grew up on a grain farm in Cissna Park, where he remains actively involved. Dylan lives in Paxton with his wife Lindsay and their three daughters: Aleiyah, Wrenley, and Teagyn. When asked about serving on the Foundation board, Dylan stated that he “Is excited to contribute to enhancing students’ educational experiences and passion for learning.”
Kennedy Glazik is dedicated to helping clients discover the many opportunities in the PBL area as a realtor. She and her husband, Alex, live in Paxton with their two daughters, Madelyn and Lillian. In addition to her real estate work, Kennedy is a travel agent and property renovator. As a 2014 graduate of PBL High School, Kennedy shares she “Is committed to giving back to the school district and supporting students in their journey toward lifelong success.”
Kandace Hofer is an attorney focusing on real estate, estate planning and administration, and business law. She is a 2013 graduate of PBL High School and currently lives in Buckley with her husband, Jason Bleich, and their golden retriever, Ellie. Kandace feels a sense of purpose and accomplishment helping clients achieve their goals, and meeting people in the community. She enjoys spending time with family and friends, watching the Buckley Dutchmasters, and is an avid gardener. Kandace remarked that she “Is honored to join the Foundation and contribute to the organization’s mission of providing opportunities to students and staff.”
The PBL Education Foundation’s mission is to provide students and staff access to academic resources they need to become their best. Since 1997 The PBL Education Foundation has been funding innovative academic programs, tools, and resources to all PBL students. In the 2024-25 school year, the Foundation distributed over $37,000 to the district. This distribution was income earned from the Endowment Fund.
