Public notice is hereby given that Paxton-Buckley-Loda CUSD No. 10 will destroy any and all student permanent records dated 1929 – 1961 as defined by Illinois State Board of Education, 23 Illinois Administrative Code, Section 375.40 Maintenance and Destruction of School Student Records. Destruction of these student permanent records shall occur on or after August 15, 2021. Parents, guardians, or adult students who have graduated, transferred, or withdrawn from the school and would like to take possession of their permanent records (1929-1961), to the extent they exist, may do so by contacting the District’s Superintendent, Cliff McClure, in writing at [email protected] prior to August 1, 2021.
