Senior Academic Awards Night

Honoring students receiving recognition as they graduate from the PBL Unit 10 School District is an important service project of the PBL Education Foundation. Since 2004, the Foundation has secured funds from a local business to pay for a formal reception at the annual Senior Awards Night ceremony. Each year, over 20 scholarships totaling approximately $30,000 are presented to graduates who have worked diligently for four years to deserve the coveted awards.

	The annual PBL Senior Academic Awards Night was held May 18, 2010. After the presentation ceremony, graduating seniors,their parents, and other guests partook of the elegant display of food shown in the pictures below.
		Jeff Jarboe, PBL Unit 10's School Board Representative on the PBL Education Foundation board, welcomed guests at the 2010 annual Senior Academics Awards Night.

PBL Foundation Board members Dennis Luhrsen, Leslie Cottrell, and Jim Biggs serve punch to guests at the annual Senior Awards event. Leslie served as the Board's chairman responsible for planning the refreshments served at the Awards Night program.
