The PBL Education Foundation realizes that the foundation for any student's education is the ability to read.  An annual project sponsored by the Education Foundation for the past several years has been to secure funds to finance a book fair for all youngsters from kindergarten through eighth grade.  At the book fair, the  Foundation provides a coupon for each child to purchase one book.
